Welcome to Stitchd. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. GENERAL
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Stitchd website and the purchase of products through our website.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. PRODUCTS
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours and dimensions are displayed as accurately as possible.
However, due to differences in screen displays, photography, embroidery techniques and production processes, slight variations may occur between images shown on the website and the final product received.
All measurements and dimensions provided are approximate.
3. PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Many Stitchd products are made to order and personalised according to customer specifications.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalisation details before placing an order, including but not limited to:
- Names
- Initials
- Text
- Patch selections
- Colours
- Placement preferences
The customisation preview displayed on the product page is intended to provide a visual representation of the finished item. While we strive to make this representation as accurate as possible, minor variations in embroidery placement, thread appearance, scale, spacing and overall finish may occur.
By selecting the acknowledgement box on the product page and placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept that personalised products are made specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
4. ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraudulent activity occur.
5. CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
Orders for non-personalised products may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Orders containing personalised products cannot be cancelled, amended or modified once production has commenced.
Please ensure all order details are correct before submitting your order.
6. PRICING
All prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable local currency.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and provide a full refund.
7. PAYMENT
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.
All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers.
8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Current estimated delivery times are:
- UAE: 1–5 working days
- GCC: 3–7 working days
- International: 5–10 working days
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs procedures, courier delays, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate and complete.
Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges imposed by the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer.
9. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Personalised Products
Due to the bespoke nature of personalised products, all personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Non-Personalised Products
Non-personalised products may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided they are:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
10. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will review the claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair or refund.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content appearing on the Stitchd website, including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, photographs, text, product concepts and branding, is owned by Stitchd or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced or used without prior written consent.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stitchd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Any personal information submitted through the website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
